CONSTRUCTION
The
cartridges used in CSR filters fall into two main categories:
Drier
cartridges:
• CSR48:
Compact cartridges made of zeolite, providing a highly selective 3Å
molecular sieve.
• CSR48A:
Includes 20% activated alumina, offering acid‑neutralizing capability.
• CSR48AA:
Further enriched with 5% activated carbon, suitable for burn‑out and
system cleaning applications.
Mechanical
cartridges:
• MFC48: Cartridges
constructed with a metal mesh and perforated sheet, incorporating a porous
membrane capable of retaining solid particles larger than 20 μm.
• MFC48S:
Cartridges featuring stainless‑steel mesh combined with metal fabric and
expanded metal, designed to retain solid contaminants larger than 120 μm.
APPLICATION
All
cartridge types are excluded from the scope of PED Directive
2014/68/EU.
