In addition to standard production with copper tube and aluminum fin, it is also possible to produce condensers and evaporators with
aluminum tube and fin.
This type of evaporators and condensers can be produced
for applications with CO2 (R744) and hydrocarbons (R290 and R600a)
with adequate design pressure and resistance.
STATIC EVAPORATORS
Heat Exchangers
Static evaporators are known as natural convection cooling devices and operate without fan motors. The product is designed for areas where minimal dehumidification is required with low or no airflow. It is recommended to use static evaporators in applications at + 2 °C or higher temperatures.
This type of evaporators can be produced for applications with CO2 (R744) and hydrocarbons (R290 and R600a) with adequate design pressure and strength.

Water and Steam Heat Exchangers
Water coils can be produced in any size and capacity according to customer requirements with Karyer's wide range of alternatives.
Water coil configuration:
- For 3/8" tube diameter: 25.00x21.65mm
- For 1/2" tube diameter: 31.75x27.50mm, 40.00x34.64mm
- For 5/8" tube diameter: 40.00x34.64mm
Steam coil configuration:
- For 1/2” tube diameter: 31.75x27.50mm, 40.00x34.64mm
