KARBOX
Closed-type condensing units, Karbox, are manufactured to provide a basic product for refrigeration and air conditioning equipment manufacturers, in order to form their own condensing units. The products are easy to configure, assemble and maintain.
There are 6 different types of Karbox, designed according to the type of compressor, fan position, capacity and application.
With the exception of the CHH models, Karbox units consist only of a condenser, frame and fans. The components that can be installed in the CHH type are liquid sight glass, filter drier, solenoid valve, receiver, LP/HP pressure switch and insulation, but they can also be composed, upon request, of only the condenser, frame and fans.
The size of the internal compartment is designed for the installation of hermetic/scroll and semi-hermetic compressors. The external frame is completely coated with electrostatic powder coating Ral 9016.
The condensers are designed with an optimal tube diameter to increase efficiency.
The fin spacing can vary from 2.1 to 2.5 mm. The maximum operating pressure is 28 bar.
The fan diameters are Ø350, Ø400, Ø450, Ø500 and Ø630mm. In addition, low-noise and single-phase/three-phase fan options can be provided upon request.
The protection class is IP44 for Ø350, Ø400 and 6-pole Ø450mm and IP54 for others. The fans are compatible with the ERP2015 regulation.
The unit cooling devices can be supplied with the following options; Epoxy fins, Golden epoxy fins.
