LOW - MEDIUM - HIGH PRESSURE BALL VALVES
Maximum working pressures:
- 45 bar, orifice from 6 to 80 mm [from 1/4 to 3’’1/8], also available with Schrader 62 bar
- 120 Bar, with connections from 1/4 to 2’’1/8 in K65 or with orifices from 22 to 42 mm and stainless steel connections
Suitable for applications with all Freons and CO2/R744
- Temperature range: -45° / +155° C.
- Possibility of connection with different electric actuators
The body and chromed ball are made of hot-forged EN 12420-CW617 brass; the brazed connections are made with K65 copper tube, perfect for high-pressure applications; the steel spindle seals are made of EPDM, perfectly compatible with CO2 application.
All ball valves are suitable for use with fluids belonging to Group II, as defined in Article 9, Section 2.2 of Directive 97/23/EC, i.e. non-toxic, non-flammable and non-explosive fluids; this group also includes refrigerants listed and classified L1 in Annex E of EN 378-1: 2011. (to be verified)
BALL VALVES MOTORIZED 3-WAY
The three-way ball valve allows the flow to be directed from the central connection to the two longitudinal ones.
- Temperature range: -45° / +150° C.
- Maximum Working Pressure: 120 Bar
- Suitable for use with R744 applications
- Possibility of connection with different electric actuators
Three-way ball valves are classified as "pressure equipment" pursuant to the PED Directive 2014/68/EU, Article 2, paragraph 5 and are subject to Article 4, paragraph 1, letter c, of the Directive.
The entire product range is suitable for use with the refrigerant R744 (CO2) classified under Article 13, paragraph 1, letter b, of the PED Directive 2014/68/EU as part of group 2, therefore non-toxic, non-flammable and non-explosive fluid and indicated in group A1 of Annex E of EN 378-1.
MOTORIZED BALL VALVES DOUBLE FLOW
- Temperature range: -45° / +150° C.
- Maximum working pressure: 120 Bar
- Suitable for use with R744 applications
- Possibility of connection with different electric actuators
The double flow ball valves are classified as "pressure equipment" pursuant to the PED Directive 2014/68/EU, Article 2, paragraph 5 and are subject to Article 4, paragraph 1, letter c, of the Directive.
